Sometimes you may want to add an extra tag to your wordpress posts. But it is a boring thing to edit every posts and add tags. I faced a similar situation lately and the solution was a simple one.
To add post tags to all your posts go to
Wordpress Dashboard—> Edit Posts.
Select all the posts in the window by clicking the check box ‘posts’. Select ‘Edit’ in the bulk action menu and click ‘Apply’. You can add the extra post tags to the ‘Tags’ column there, and click update. It is done.
If you want to add tags only to a specific category, change the ‘view all category’ at the bulk action menu and filter the posts in the category you want. Then select all the posts, click the edit button and the post tags and update.
